1. Introduction

1.1 In the context of electronic reproduction, "spam" stands for unwanted, extensive or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for commercial purposes.

1.2 We have a policy of unwanted spamming.

2. Credit

2.1 This document was created using a template from SEK Legal (http://www.infaceinvestgroup.com). You must possess the top credit. The use of this document without the loan constitutes copyright infringement. However, you can purchase an equivalent document from us which doesn't include a loan.

3. Spam filtering

3.1 Our systems for the exchange of messages automatically scan all incoming e-mails and other messages and filter out messages that look like spam.

3.2 You can also report an incoming e-mail as spam. This can lead to the IP address and domain name being placed on the blacklist.

4. Questions about spam filtering

4.1 The system for filtering messages isn't 100% accurate, and from time to time legitimate messages will be filtered by our systems.

4.2 If you believe that the message you have sent is legitimate, but our filter treated it as spam, please let the recipient of the message know to accept it as it isn't spam.

4.3 You can reduce the risk of messages being captured by the filter for spam:

(a) send messages in plain text (instead, or beside the HTML);

(b) remove any kind of attachments;

(c) avoid the terminology and style that's usually used by spammers; and / or:

(d) ensure that your messages are scanned for malware before dispatch.

The Portal or service operator can set their own guidelines regarding unsolicited commercial communications, commonly known as spam independently of each other. While filters for spam, white paper lists, black lists and other technical measures are the most important anti-spam tools, formal anti-spam policy may also change, if the Portal or operator has serious problems with spam. This policy document is used with the spam defamation and statement that the operator tolerates spam. It covers their own filtering and spam systems, incorrect use of the message content by the user and the sending of commercial messages by the operator, but the Portal isn't responsible in the mentioned case.
